Scheme InformationThe ING UK Pension Fund is governed by a Trust Deed and Rules, dated 23 July 1982, as amended from time to time. The provisions of the Fund are summarised in a ING UK Pension Fund Booklet which is issued to all members when they join the Fund and updated from time to time. If there is a conflict between the ING UK Pension Fund Booklet and the Trust Deed and Rules, the Trust Deed and Rules prevail. Implementation Statements: The trustees of the ING UK Pension Fund produce annual Implementation Statements confirming the extent to which they have followed their Statement of Investment Principles (SIP), including details of any reviews or subsequent changes to the SIP during the year. The Trustees are required to produce individual statements for the DB and DC sections of the Fund. The latest versions can be accessed by clicking on the links below.
